The action has 2 components:

First, there is a list of letters with what children wish to receive from Santa (shared on Romania employees Sharepoint). Employees will select their preferred letters and buy the presents. 

Secondly, on the 17th of December, a small group of employees will go to the respective school to give the presents to the children and meet them in person.
